Thanks to these "animals," the bloated abdomen, heaviness inside, and unpleasant intestinal sensations disappeared, and my weight began to decrease. This isn't some form of advertising hype! I read about similar bacteria and took a pill each morning on an empty stomach, followed by breakfast with cereal or muesli.

An excellent probiotic that helped get rid of my bloating. I decided to make yogurt with it using farmer's unpasteurised milk, and it turned out quite tasty, resembling kefir, which my child enjoyed. I order several cans each winter to last until autumn. Bless you!

We evaluated the effects of a combined probiotic treatment on food allergies in children aged 4 to 5. In our study, 92 children participated, where one group took probiotics containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG for 21 days, while the other group did not.

This product was perfect for me at 55. As soon as I started taking one capsule on an empty stomach, I noticed results after the first day: my bloating disappeared, and my stool returned to normal. While some probiotics showed promise in alleviating abdominal bloating, the results indicated that only specific strains were effective. Among them, noteworthy probiotics included MTCC 5856 and CNCM I-3856.

Probiotics alleviate bloating in IBS
We examined how multispecies probiotics, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, affect bloating in individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). In a randomized, double-blind trial, 49 IBS patients were split into two groups: one received probiotics and the other a placebo for four weeks.

We focused on how Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus IDCC 3201 affects bloating in people with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C).

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial involving 30 participants, those taking the probiotic experienced significant improvements.

After 8 weeks, symptoms like abdominal bloating and bowel satisfaction notably improved in the probiotic group compared to those on placebo.
