Cramps alleviated
I recommend it! I take it once every six months (120 tablets, two tablets at bedtime). Consequently, I am no longer troubled by nighttime leg cramps, and my anemia has also resolved. I purchased this on my doctor's advice, and I highly endorse it to everyone!

Regularity improved
Due to my anemia, I was prescribed a substantial amount of iron, which impacted my stool regularity. I have had past issues with this, but after taking Magnesium at night, the problem was rectified. Even after halting the intake, my stool remains regular. A pleasant bonus is that my sleep has improved and my muscles no longer ache post-workout. The capsules are quite large and may be challenging for some to swallow, and they are tasteless.
