Bloating relief noted

Fine. The quality is usually good for this brand. I tried it for the first time to ease my period and moisturise my skin. After a month and a half of use, I can say the period has truly become easier. I didn't even notice the start, and there was no discomfort in my stomach at all. The bloating in my intestines has also gone away.

Good relief

The quality is excellent, although the capsules are rather large for some. There are no fishy odours, and my granddaughter adores it for providing relief from cramps, bloating, and boosting her energy during her cycle.
