Helps with my psoriasis!

So far, so good. I've been taking these about 3 weeks. I had a friend who read it could help with psoriasis, I have it very bad on my foot to the point it cracks & bleeds so it's difficult to walk a lot. I've tried many medications & topical creams that just didn't work, and this has done wonders! I've just taken it once a day and I can already see a huge difference! My cracks are all mostly gone, my skin is smoother than ever! It's so awesome to see my foot look this well, I'm only 21 and it's never been this clear. These are a much smaller size than the ones at my local Walmart, which is why I ordered these. Love! I included a pic, sorry if it's gross but I never would have believed it myself! ***update! November 2016*** I slipped up and stopped taking it for a while after my foot was looking and feeling so much better, and of course my psoriasis flared back up! I began taking it regularly again and the same results, fantastic! I just asked my boyfriend of 7 years to look at my foot. I said this is my "bad foot" he couldn't believe it! DO NOT TAKE EVENING PRIMROSE IF YOU HAVE ESTROGEN DOMINANCE OR HAVE ESTROGEN RELATED HEALTH ISSUES!!!! Evening primrose increases estrogen production. My own fault... did not do proper research... was just getting regulated taking progesterone cream, (hot flashes, night sweats were totally gone but I was still waking at 3 AM). So after reading an Amazon review that said Evening Primrose Oil helped her sleep... I decided to take this to help with the perimenopause insomnia. I started taking this during my period, and have not stopped bleeding for 10 days. I am also starting to get my hot flashes back... This stuff really screwed up my system after just taking it for 5 days. I am stopping today, after reading a medical article saying to AVOID Evening Primrose if you have estrogen dominance. Evening Primrose Oil has estrogenic properties will stimulate your uterus, causing irregular menstrual cycles. (Don't trust me, do your own research... google Evening Primrose Oil and estrogen dominance... I wish I had....) Hoping my period stops in a few days, or have to go to the doctors to see what damage I've done by taking this monster

Great for Thyroid-related Hair Loss

I started taking this to combat the hair loss I've been experiencing since taking thyroid medicine. I've been taking 1,000 mg/day for the past two weeks and I've noticed a dramatic decrease in the amount of hair falling out. I've heard Evening Primrose Oil will also restore hair growth in people with thyroid disease. It's too early to tell but I'm very impressed that the hair loss has stopped. I went with the 500 mg dose because I have problems swallowing large pills. These are fine - I take two every day and never have a problem swallowing them

Successful VBAC

I had a successful VBAC induction. The doctor who delivered my baby said that i was meant to have a vaginal birth. She said it was one of the easiest first time vaginal births she had seen. I started taking these at 34 weeks because I knew I had a scheduled induction at 37 weeks. I was taking 2 orally and inserting one vaginally. My labor went great. 18'hours of labor but that's because I started with being induced. Once my water was broken I went from a 6 to a 10 in two hours. Amazing vaginal birth experience and I truly believe these pills made a difference

Nicely sized, smooth capsules, extremely easy to swallow. In addition to using my silicone exfoliating pad and Black soap, I feel like this was the final piece of a Holy Trifecta responsible for my newly smooth and glowing complexion. I also stopped using Vitex a few weeks before I began using this product, and I had extremely tender breasts that had me wondering "Wtf? When is the last time I had painful boobs?" until I realized that I had stopped taking supplements for my PMS. So, I took two (2) capsules of EPO, and within four or five hours, breast tenderness GONE. With regular use, my PMS symptoms completely vanished, with only just the slightest bit of cervical tenderness (only to let me know that my cycle would soon begin) on the first day of my cycle. No more increased cup size, crazy water retention, and pimples the week before my period, nada. Even though diet is a likely culprit, my cycle is also a bit less...clotty. Helped get ready for labor

I used this product while trying to get my cervix ready for delivery. It helped me get to 4 cm dilation and 60 percent effacement before labor started. This made labor and delivery much faster, and I had no tearing

Helps Induce and Shorten Labor

I got this capsule because my doula told me that Evening Primrose Oil helps soften the cervix which shorten labor and possibly induce labor naturally. EPO include same chemical that is in semen which can cause contraction. What I liked about this particular product is that the capsule size is small so it's easy to take orally. It also melts pretty fast when inserted virginally. I highly recommended this product

Great Supplement for women…

This product works perfect for me. Please google this supplement if you are experiencing acne, female issues, RA, hair loss and many other symptoms. Amazing- After 2 weeks, my symptoms were gone.I will be taking this supplement for a long time. Always research your symptoms yourself and see if a natural supplement is available instead of a quick fix pill from your Dr that will more than likely cause side affects that are worse than the original issue. I learned the hard way-but glad to have EPO in my life now

My hair doesn't shed nearly as bad and its even grown back to its normal thickness

I have hyperthyroidism / graves disease. It causes my hair to be brittle and shed. I learned about this supplement and bought it right away. After 6 weeks of taking 1000mg a day the amount of hair shed decreased so significantly that I couldn't believe it. In conjunction with this I also took the same brands iron pill because my ferritin was low. My hair doesn't shed nearly as bad and its even grown back to its normal thickness! This is a miracle :

I'm sure this product is of perfectly good quality, so I'm not giving one star. But for me, it was awful and caused depression. I stuck with it for 2 mos not realizing this was the cause, but it clearly was. Also made my PMS symptoms worse- VERY sore breasts for a week before period (which I don't usually have), and awful sad, weepy depression. It's not for everyone! My estrogen has always been a bit on the high side but my hormones were otherwise normal. His may have increased progesterone, which many women do need, but others get depressive PMS with too much progesterone
