Update Sept 2017: yessssss. It works! Not an immediate fix, but a lot of help. I have to post photos from October and photos from July. I couldn't find more recent ones and can't take one today bc I'm wearing make up so it's not completely honest. I got a big pimple in my forehead 2 weeks ago after my period. That was it for 2 weeks. I noticed a lot of improvement in the size and frequency of my acne. I have also been trying 'Choline/Inositol by solgar 500 mg' - but taking 1000mg for depression and skin (it was also recommended for acne); vitamin D3 5000 IU; Vitamin E 400 IU; Dr. Tobias' Omega 3 fish oil 800mg (2 softgels). Basically, I take anything I am recommended for mental health and acne. I think a lot of my acne is due to stress. Original review in January 2017: Taking one daily, started a week ago. I Can already see and feel results! I'm less groggy in the mornings, more energetic, more focused at work. My acne hiperpigmentation is improving. I originally brought this because Organic Olivia (find her on youtube, I love the info she shares), said she used this to help cure her acne. I may update this post with photos once my acne disappears :P or I'll let u know if it doesnt! However, Not sure if it's this or the other things I started on (after watching OrganicOlivia's youtube channel).
