Is this not a bit constipating? I consumed this product and definitely experienced hair thinning and nail issues. I took it for about one to two months. It has now been over four months since I stopped, and my friend asked what I did to lengthen my lashes. However, using this product led to constipation. I seem to experience this signal when I take wheat powder from the child's herb. Taking it once a day is quite a challenge for me.

I highly recommend these vitamins! I purchased them on 27 February 2020 and took them for less than a month. To my surprise, they really helped. I take one a day; after childbirth, my hair fell out badly and my nails were peeling. Now, they are strong and no longer flake. Price-quality balance
I rate this product 3 stars not because it’s bad but to prevent a price increase. It’s important that the pills do not cause constipation. Started with constipation
I've been taking these vitamins for four weeks; my hair has stopped falling out after three weeks. However, during the initial weeks, I suffered from constipation.

Constipation issue noted
I have mixed feelings about this product. Personally, I dislike taking 2 pills daily, and they make me nauseous if taken on an empty stomach. Initially, I became constipated and had to significantly increase my water intake. While I didn’t observe dramatic improvements in my skin or hair, my nails did become healthier, and my hair fall decreased; however, it didn’t promote better hair growth. I bought this for the vitamins, but I can’t comment on their absorption. The formula could definitely be improved, but at least it did stop my hair from falling out as much.

The product does seem effective for hair loss, but I found that it can lead to constipation during use. Once I stopped taking them, the constipation went away.

Caused severe constipation
The doctor prescribed these for hair loss, but the pill was too large, and upon taking it, I suffered from constipation and severe stomach pain.

Unfortunately, this did NOT work for me! Despite all the amazing reviews, I struggled with severe constipation and developed cystic acne within a week. The size of the pill was also far too large and difficult to swallow. I haven’t used them since they remain unused in my cupboard.
