Effectively zero! I did not notice any improvements; my hair continued to fall out, nails remained brittle, and my immunity did not increase. In fact, I felt more lethargic and drowsy. Dizziness persisted. With shipping at 166 RUB, it reached Saratov in 20 days. I took 1 tablet each during breakfast and dinner, but there was no result. My skin remained dry, and it did not help to prevent my hands from cracking over winter. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met!
