This is the one you want. It has the right amount of GLA you need for your health. Cheaper brands lack sufficient GLA, which explains their lower cost. I take this to keep my psoriasis under control, two in the morning and two in the evening—when I remember. It clears up my skin issues in just a few days and is slowly helping my nails return to normal.

This works wonders for arthritis and psoriasis. After taking Borage Oil soft gels, I noticed that my arthritis stiffness disappeared, and my psoriasis outbreaks lessened. Effective for psoriasis

Great stuff! These have helped manage my blood sugar so well. I couldn't believe it. I also poke holes in the capsules and use it as body oil. Initially, it has a strong smell, but it works wonders on psoriasis and extremely dry skin.
