Excellent, but not as expected. I use it before drinking yogurt or formula. I thought it would be comfortable, yet there's still gas in my stomach. However, the good news is that I'm not experiencing constipation as I used to. Despite the gas, I don't spend all day in the bathroom. The pill doesn't digest everything, so it's effective for just one cup. Eating too much might hinder its effectiveness, as each enzyme in a pill digests a limited amount, unlike typical pills. The benefit lies in reducing the problem rather than merely stopping it.
