It is a product I regularly purchase. Among the lactic acid bacteria available, it boasts one of the highest counts of guaranteed bacteria and performs excellently. My husband, who suffered from diarrhoea, began to have normal bowel movements after taking this product with super enzymes. Although I frequently experience diarrhoea and gas, I find this product effective. However, it must be refrigerated and is not ideal for summer purchases.
