Improves blood flow
I have been advised that blood circulation can be poor with anemia and low blood pressure, hence I began taking vitamin E (d-α tocopherol). This tocopherol is difficult to source from local manufacturers and tends to be quite expensive. I have noticed an increase in the size of the products offered by the current company, although the quality seems variable. I intend to continue using it.

Prevents anemia
Vitamin E possesses anti-oxidation and anti-ageing properties; it combats free radicals produced in the body, maintains oxidative balance, and supports normal metabolism. In addition to its anti-oxidation effects, vitamin E enhances immunity and prevents blood clotting. Conversely, a deficiency in vitamin E can lead to ageing, as well as potentially causing anemia and nerve damage. However, it is crucial not to overconsume it, as this could result in liver toxicity and fibrosis.
