Lighter PMS
I'm taking it to improve my PMS. Since my PMS was severe, causing abdominal pain, dullness, headaches, and dizziness during my period, I investigated options and opted for 800 mg (2 tablets) of vitamin E in the morning. To enhance absorption, I took it separately from iron preparations. Over about six months, my PMS became much lighter. While my winter periods are still painful, other months have become so tolerable that I've almost forgotten I have them.
