We studied how high-dose vitamin D3 supplementation might affect insomnia in adolescent girls. Over nine weeks, 940 participants received a weekly dose of 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 while we tracked changes in their sleep patterns.

Anemia improved. I’m not vegan and have followed the Fujikawa theory for years, yet my MCV remains high and dizziness persisted. I’ve taken my usual B50 plus B12, dissolving it under my tongue as they are small. Since blood replaces every four months, I take three pills daily. We set out to investigate how vitamin B6 contributes to improving sleep quality in individuals experiencing mild to moderate insomnia. Our study involved 40 participants who were given a combination treatment containing melatonin, vitamin B6, and extracts from various medicinal plants.
Over a period of two weeks, participants documented their sleep experiences using a daily electronic diary. We analyzed changes in sleep quality, total sleep duration, and how well our treatment reduced sleep-related daytime impairments. Encouragingly, participants reported a significant improvement in sleep quality, with an average score rise from 5.4 to 7.3 on a 10-point scale.
Although it is difficult to isolate the specific effects of vitamin B6 alone due to its use alongside other ingredients, our findings do suggest that this vitamin, when combined with melatonin and plant extracts, could support better sleep. Importantly, the treatment was well-tolerated, with no serious side effects reported.
Overall, while vitamin B6 on its own wasn’t examined, its inclusion in a combination treatment appears to play a role in enhancing sleep quality for those struggling with insomnia.

After 40 years of experience, I found that taking Lysine at a rate of 23-30 mg per kg of body weight has been beneficial for my insomnia, anxiety, and mood swings. The supply lasts about 2.5 months. I began with one capsule daily for a week, then increased to two, and finally three doses daily. This has resulted in a stabilised emotional state, reduced irritability, less hair loss, and improved sleep quality. I no longer wake up feeling broken, which is a significant improvement. I am pleased that this product is effective, not a placebo as is often the case.

Yes, it helps with sleep. I've used this for around four months, and it works for me. My sleep issues arise from stress, or more specifically, an oversensitivity to it. This product has been effective when nothing else nutritional has worked. I take a significant amount—11 capsules each night. Of course, insomnia isn't resolved with just one product. You need to experiment and observe what benefits you. Alongside this, I practise a Chi Kung "rooting" exercise to enhance my sleep and ensure I manage my stress during the day, such as taking baths and staying mentally relaxed at work.
