Works to become regular
I swear by probiotics if you're having Constipation or a hard time going to the bathroom. I started taking these once a day and within just a few days they already started helping me go every day and become regular. I wasn't going for sometimes a few days in a row even though I was taking fiber and eating fiberous foods. I've tried other brands and also the regular culturelle not specifically for women and didn't have much luck. I swear by these now
