I literally survive on chicken nuggets
I'm 27 and gag at the literal smell of a steamed green vegetable. Judge if you want, but I've tried them more than once and they all taste like absolute hot garbage. Now that I'm an adult, I literally eat more like a toddler than I did when just actually was one. Over the past 2 weeks, over 50% of my meals have been chicken nuggets or ramen. My anxiety is directly impacted by my diet and I have been on edge for days because of the aforementioned dietary choices. I say all this to say that these supplements are so wholesome that my body loves it every time I remember to take five in between gummy candies/bottles of champagne. Pill sizes and tastes don't bother me, but these are kind of big. I take them with a vegan protein shake (they're frequently on sale) that also includes a flax/chia seed packet, some manuka honey, and collagen peptides all in unsweetened almond milk. This gives me great energy, keeps the shakes away, and keeps my blood sugar regulated (not diabetic). I just notice such a difference when I regularly take these. My ibs isn't as bad and I don't get that shaky, hypoglycemia feeling. Like, I think these may be helping to keep me alive because I LITERALLY never even walk in the produce section where fresh vegetables are. Disgusting. Too bad Doritos are delicious and cost less, because I could be one healthy chick if I tried
