If you have anemia, this is for you! I have been using this product for many years. I take it during my period or when I feel fatigued, but I recommend that others who are anemic take the same brand of RAW iron and vitamin B12 daily. I have recommended it to several friends who are also anemic, and they all say it helps them feel better and get up in the morning. The quality is very good, but the price and frequent stock shortages are an issue.

It was good for a shortage of zinc. I started drinking this whilst breastfeeding due to symptoms of zinc deficiency. Before childbirth, I took a supplement for pregnant women which improved my anemia, and now I drink this to help my son with atopy. My condition improved comparatively, and my son's atopy noticeably improved as well. I believe only zinc wasn't the sole improvement but it certainly played a significant role alongside other supplements.

Zinc in an excellent dose of 30mg. More than 50 mg per day is not recommended. It helps significantly with hair, skin, nails, and as part of complex therapy for anaemia. Can also be beneficial for men's health. Thank you, iHerb! I’m very happy with the purchase.
