Pancreatin may prevent weight loss
We conducted a randomized double-blind trial to see if pancreatin could help prevent weight loss in patients with unresectable cancer of the pancreatic head region.

Over eight weeks, 21 patients received either pancreatin or a placebo, alongside dietary counseling.

Those on pancreatin gained weight, while placebo patients lost weight. The results showed a significant difference, suggesting that pancreatin may effectively counteract weight loss during this critical period.

Pert lacks significant weight loss benefits
We assessed the effectiveness of pancreatic exocrine replacement therapy (PERT) in preventing weight loss for patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer through a double-blind, randomized trial involving 67 participants.

Each patient received either pancreatin capsules or a placebo for eight weeks. However, the results showed no significant difference in weight loss between the two groups.

Additionally, there was no notable improvement in quality of life or overall survival rates, suggesting that PERT may not be beneficial in this context. Further research is needed to explore who might benefit from PERT.

We explored the potential cancer-fighting properties of lunasin, a peptide found in Soy Bowman Birk Inhibitor Concentrate (BBIC). Our research revealed that lunasin, alongside BBI, plays a significant role in preventing breast cancer.

When administered to mice with human breast cancer, lunasin showed a remarkable capability to reduce tumor rates by up to 49%. In contrast, BBI did not demonstrate any significant effect on tumor development.

This suggests lunasin is the key player in BBIC’s cancer-preventive properties, with BBI primarily serving to protect lunasin from being digested.

Effective cancer treatment

Great for digestion, a remarkable cancer treatment and preventative. These enzymes aid digestion and play a crucial role in cancer prevention or treatment. The cancer protein lining must be digested for the immune system to attack, and maintaining enzyme levels is vital. By taking these enzymes, you’re not only improving digestion but also equipping your body with a therapeutic army of enzymes targeting cancer cells. Advise those with cancer to try Apricot seeds that contain b17 to eradicate cancer effectively. Removing protein helps enzymes break down the cancer protein lining, allowing b17 to penetrate and kill cancer cells. Dismiss the naysayers; real stories affirm the healing power of apricot seeds. For anyone battling cancer, consider sharing this essential information.

I took Mega-Zim instead of the German Wobenzym, and it has proven to be even better in terms of enzyme composition. I took 5 tablets four times a day for ten days. It played a crucial role in exposing cancer cells to my immune system, allowing it to fight effectively. I consumed Mega-Zim an hour before meals with warm water, specifically to enrich my blood with enzymes. The quality and results were excellent, and I highly recommend it.

PPE enhances survival in mice
We examined the impact of porcine pancreatic enzyme extracts (PPE) on human pancreatic cancer in mice. Mice with transplanted cancer cells received PPE in their drinking water. The results showed that those treated with PPE lived significantly longer and had smaller tumors compared to untreated mice.

Interestingly, while PPE helped improve survival and reduced tumor size, the study found no notable differences in certain tumor growth factors or cell death rates between the two groups. This suggests that the nutritional benefits of PPE contributed to the observed outcomes.

Pancreatin shows promise for steatorrhoea
We examined how pancreatin and other treatments affect fat absorption in patients suffering from pancreatic steatorrhoea. Over 45 patients were divided into four groups and treated with various medications for two to four weeks.

Interestingly, patients receiving high-lipase pancreatin had a notable reduction in fat excretion, showing it was more effective than sodium bicarbonate and proton pump inhibitors. However, all treatments were beneficial for mild cases. For more severe conditions, a greater dose of pancreatin paired with an acid-reducing agent could be necessary.

Cancer treatment potential explored
We evaluated the effects of protein hydrolysates from three medicinal plants—Matricaria chamomilla, Ziziphora clinopodioides, and Cressa cretica—on cancer cells. Our methodology involved extracting and partially purifying the proteins, followed by treatment with pancreatin.

We found that these hydrolysates displayed both cytotoxic and antioxidant properties. Particularly, C. cretica showed cytotoxic activity against breast cancer cells, although it did not affect healthy cells significantly.

While the results are promising, especially for M. chamomilla in terms of cancer cell suppression, we must note that further research is needed before we can consider these findings as concrete breakthroughs in cancer therapy.

Porcine extract may reduce tumors
We designed a study to evaluate if porcine pancreatic extract could help manage pancreatic cancer in hamsters. The hamsters were put on a high-fat diet, and after developing insulin resistance, one group received the extract while the other group drank plain water.

After 43 weeks, we found that the hamsters treated with the extract had fewer pancreatic tumors and lower insulin levels compared to the control group. However, there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels. Overall, these findings suggest that porcine pancreatic extract may inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer.

I began with 2 tablets to test my body's reaction and increased to 6-8 daily. It's crucial to take these enzymes on an empty stomach, as they assist in combating cancer cells. I felt more energetic and found significant relief, especially after ensuring proper hydration. I do recommend avoiding cold water as it may drain energy, particularly when managing autoimmunity.

I started with 2 tablets and increased to 6-8 daily. Enzymes are most effective on an empty stomach for fighting cancer cells. After taking them, I had more energy and less pain despite my busy work schedule. A noticeable change in stool and smell occurred, but I managed well overall with no significant side effects.

We explored the potential of peptides derived from soybean and cowpea proteins to inhibit breast and prostate cancer cell growth. After hydrolyzing these proteins with pancreatin, the resulting peptides showed promise in laboratory tests. Notably, one peptide, VIPAAY, demonstrated a strong ability to interact with the Bcl-2 protein, similar to a popular cancer drug called Venetoclax. However, while initial findings are encouraging, further research is necessary to confirm these results and understand their true impact on cancer treatment.

Jackfruit leaf hydrolysates reduce cancer cell viability
We evaluated how jackfruit leaf protein hydrolysates, produced using pepsin and pancreatin, affect cancer cells and oxidative stress. Our analysis revealed that these hydrolysates had peptide sizes ranging from 20 to 25 kDa. While we didn't observe significant toxicity on normal cells, the hydrolysates showed promising results in reducing cancer cell viability. Specifically, the 240-minute pancreatin hydrolysate reduced cervical cancer cell viability by 23%, along with notable reductions in ovarian and liver cancer cells. The hydrolysates also protected against oxidative stress, showcasing their potential for safe use in plant-based therapies.

K. marxianus shows therapeutic promise
We observed the promising effects of Kluyveromyces marxianus PCH397, a yeast strain derived from yak milk, on various health conditions. This study highlighted its strong probiotic traits, showing impressive survivability through digestive conditions.

Notably, it spurred insulin uptake in fat cells, which could aid in type 2 diabetes treatment. We also noted its ability to reduce lipid buildup and increase antioxidant activity. Importantly, the yeast's extracts appeared to effectively slow the growth of colorectal cancer cells, indicating its potential therapeutic role against obesity, diabetes, and cancer.
