We found that the average number of bowel movements dropped from 7.6 to 6.6 in this period. Additionally, we measured stool consistency using the Bristol Stool Form Scale and noted no significant difference before and after the dosage adjustment. Our findings suggest that reducing the number of doses does not impact the laxative effect of magnesium oxide.
