Karanjin nanogel shows promise
This study focused on developing a new treatment for psoriasis using a specialized karanjin-loaded nanogel designed to penetrate the skin better. We created these ethosomal formulations with ingredients like ethanol and phospholipid, optimizing them for maximum effectiveness.

The results were impressive, showing that the nanogel not only improved drug retention in the skin but also noticeably reduced psoriasis symptoms in an animal model. While the treatment showed promise, our findings highlight its potential rather than guaranteeing complete efficacy.

Overall, this innovative approach may lead to more effective topical therapies for those struggling with psoriasis.

Lecithin organogel shows promise
We explored lecithin organogel as a potential topical treatment for psoriasis, which previously relied heavily on oral medications like apremilast. Our study used optimized formulation techniques and preclinical testing in mice to assess its effectiveness.

The results showed that the lecithin organogel significantly reduced psoriasis symptoms compared to both oral apremilast and standard topical treatments. This suggests that lecithin organogel could be an effective delivery method for treating psoriatic skin conditions.

Effective psoriasis treatment candidate
We examined a novel gel made from lecithin and chitosan that’s loaded with gallic acid, looking to see how it could help in managing psoriasis.

The study found that this gel effectively penetrated deeper skin layers and led to a significant reduction in psoriasis symptoms, as measured by the PASI score.

Importantly, there were few side effects reported, making it a potentially safer option compared to traditional treatments. Overall, this hybrid nanostructured gel seems promising in treating psoriasis effectively.

My favourite lecithin! I use it continuously as part of my therapy for psoriasis. After two months of consistent use, I saw a marked improvement, with almost all psoriasis spots vanished. I prefer sunflower lecithin to soy, and my nutritionist has recommended its ongoing use. I take one capsule with each meal.

I purchased lecithin for the first time and find it pleasant to take, resembling sunflower seeds. With regular intake, I've achieved remission from psoriasis and noticed improvements in my nails affected by nail psoriasis. I regularly take it in cycles and appreciate its liver and brain support along with its good value.

We observed the effects of lecithin-chitosan hybrid nanoparticles for delivering the anti-psoriatic drug tacrolimus. These specially designed nanoparticles showed promising results in both lab tests and mouse models. They enhanced drug delivery to the skin, leading to improved treatment outcomes compared to existing products.

In fact, we noted a significant increase in drug retention in the skin layers, which translated to better visual and histological improvements in psoriasis symptoms. Overall, the findings suggest that lecithin nanoparticles could offer a more effective way to manage psoriasis.

Lecithin treatment effectiveness enhanced
We explored the potential of combining gold nanoparticles with lecithin-chitosan hybrids to improve psoriasis treatment. By examining these conjugates in a mouse model, we observed that they produced notable anti-psoriatic effects. The results showed a significant reduction in inflammatory markers and improved skin conditions, indicating that gold nanoparticles can enhance the effectiveness of lecithin-based treatments. However, more extensive studies are needed to fully understand the benefits and mechanisms involved.

Skin cleared
I ordered it for my dad, who has psoriasis. For years his body was covered in plaques. The effect of this lecithin, combined with omega and vitamin D, is amazing—the skin is cleared, with no traces of psoriasis. More than a month has passed since the first course ended, yet the effect persists.

Bilirubin levels normalised
Excellent lecithin! A colleague recommended it, and after two months of intake, my bilirubin returned to normal. Following COVID, my son developed primary psoriasis; he was also recommended sunflower lecithin by our dermatologist, and it truly helps! It's a fantastic product that I've even started giving to my daughter, though the large capsules are a bit inconvenient to swallow.

Improved psoriatic plaques
Lecithin is crucial for my husband, who has psoriasis. We followed John Pegano's advice to use it for increasing alkalinity. After three weeks on sunflower lecithin, we observed that his stubborn psoriatic plaques have faded and his nail condition has improved noticeably.

Beneficial for psoriasis
I have been taking it for the last seven years to help prevent psoriasis. It aids me, and I feel better. I particularly appreciate that the lecithin is derived from sunflower rather than soy.
8
Curcumin enhances psoriasis treatment outcomes
We conducted a clinical trial involving 63 patients with mild-to-moderate psoriasis to explore the effectiveness of a specialized lecithin-based curcumin treatment alongside standard steroid therapy. Participants were divided into two groups; one received both topical steroids and oral curcumin, while the other received only the steroids.

After 12 weeks, we found that those who took curcumin experienced greater improvement in their psoriasis severity scores. Additionally, their serum levels of the inflammatory marker IL-22 were significantly reduced. Thus, curcumin can be an effective complement to traditional treatments for psoriasis.
7
Antioxidants improve severe psoriasis
We examined the effects of antioxidant supplements combined with lecithin on patients with severe forms of psoriasis. Fifty-eight hospitalized individuals were divided into groups, where some received coenzyme Q10, vitamin E, and selenium for about a month, while others got a placebo.

Our findings indicated that those who received the antioxidants showed noticeable clinical improvement compared to the placebo group. This suggests that incorporating these antioxidants in treatment could support psoriasis management effectively.
