We examined the effects of vitamin B12 injections, combined with folic acid, on 38 patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Participants were split into "Good" and "Mild" responders based on their improvement. Good responders reported greater progress with more frequent injections and higher doses of both supplements.

However, for Mild responders, the improvement was limited, suggesting that while there is potential for benefit, the response can vary widely among individuals. Overall, further investigation is needed to explore optimal treatment strategies.

The effect is quite impressive! I'm feeling much better in the mornings after previously struggling with frozen shoulder during night shifts. Since starting this product a month ago, the heaviness in my shoulder has disappeared, and I'm no longer fatigued!

Although this may be the best vitamin B complex, I developed a yeast infection soon after taking it. I believe it's better to consume vitamin B separately rather than in a complex. I noticed my urine became darker, highlighting the need for increased water intake. I have decided to discontinue these vitamins and will instead take each one separately, as Solgar’s vitamins are usually effective, which is why I initially chose this B vitamin.

Our examination focused on the effectiveness of riboflavin, a form of Vitamin B2, in treating migraines in children and adolescents aged six to 18. We conducted a retrospective observational study involving 42 patients, where we measured the frequency, intensity, and duration of their headaches.

Remarkably, we found significant reductions in headache days per month, with intensity and duration also decreasing. Most importantly, riboflavin helped decrease the reliance on acute medication and fewer missed school days. We suggest this affordable treatment as a safe option for pediatric migraines.
