Serrapeptase can be like a miracle for many issues. The problem is Doctor's Best. This the second bottle I've gotten from them through Amazon and half way through this one, by accident, I realized a capsule had almost nothing in it. I started pinching each capsule after that. About 1 In 10 had almost nothing, the other capsules varied in amounts up to 1 in 10 almost full. None were completely full, maybe they are not suppose to be full, I don't know. But to have that many half full or less!!! This product is not cheep and it does matter to people who are counting on this to work, timeliness matters too (very little product will take a longer time for results and will cause people to give up on it). I also noticed it contains calcium which serves no purpose with this other than just filler. I won't be buying Doctor's Best anything again. Also, start pinching any other capsules you may taking, you may be shocked

Wonderfull! I took this for almost 8 weeks. I just stopped because I got surprisingly pregnant. During this time I was not trying to concibe anymore, I just want to health myself. This product is amazing. A friend told about its ability to lower blood pressure and since I recently discovered mine was in the hypertension range, I rushed to give it a try. I checked my pressure, 152/90, before I took my first 2 pills. I started on 2 pills 3 times a day. Within 3 days, my bp had dropped into the 130s/80s. I've been mega dosing at 3 pills, 3 times a day for over 3 months and I feel like a kid again. I'm 62 and a smoker. I check my bp every day and it is now consistently below 120/80 every day. But that's not the only amazing thing that's happened. I was getting short of breath from exertion and I don't now. I've had a lot of joint pain in my knees, elbows, and shoulders. All that pain is gone. I've had chronic lower back pain for years they was debilitating at times. Now I can play golf again with no pain. I had chronic sinusitis and it's now gone. The result that amazes me the most is its effect on my acid reflux. I've been on medication for years and a strict, restriction from alcohol, soft drinks and coffee. Doctor's Best High Potency Serrapeptase

I cannot say enough good things about this product. I am 60 years old with high cholesterol. Had to go in for an angiogram because my cardiologist was screaming at me telling me he was 100% certain that at my age and level of cholesterol I would need stents and need to be on statins. He was shocked that I did not have any blockage. I told him about serrapeptase and he said it was impossible and no product could remove arterial blockage. Before I went in for the angiogram I was taking about 4 of these high potency and this brand Doctor's Best daily for about 3 months. Sure this is anecdotal but good enough for me

As an older woman, I have experienced various arthritic issues for 20 years. Sadly, most American doctors are never taught about medicines that other countries know about but Big Pharma doesn't want them to know. Serrapeptase, a shortened form of the whole name, is an enzyme that was discovered by Japanese doctors several decades ago. What it does for arthritis is dissolve the damaged tissues, infection, etc. in and around arthritic joints so that they DO NOT HURT! It is an enzyme that they found in the "gut" of silkworms, used to dissolve the silk so they can exit the cocoon. I can show anyone several rather large "bumps" on my hands, wrists, etc. that should hurt like crazy because I use them all the time. BUT - I have NO PAIN! The "bumps" are there, but I can use all joints, none are "frozen" from scar tissue, calcium deposits, etc. and they Never Hurt no matter how much I use them. It is safe for all ages, and types of users, such as elderly pet dogs, cats, etc. I have given my 16 and 15 year old dogs a capsule daily for several years for their "aches" & arthritis. Smoothed my heels. Stopped joints cracking

After suffering horrible sinus infections for ten years and refusing to have surgery, the serrapeptase cleared up my sinuses. It had some other unexpected benefits. My ankles and knees which had made loud cracking sounds since I was a teen (sexy, I know) stopped making noise. My chronically dry, cracked heels became smooth. My skin is softer than ever. My teeth have greatly reduced plaque buildup. Why couldn't I have found this stuff at age fifteen instead of fifty? BUT, take it on an empty stomach and gradually build up your dosage or you will puke like Putin poisoned you

It's the FLAT stomach for me

I finally got my size 2/4 body back. After taking this supplement for almost year, with the last 4-6 months being the most consistent I finally have a flat tummy again. My cycles are less heavy. I sleep through the night without having to use the bathroom consistently, I will say the clots that are coming out are LARGE in size and I can only assume the clots are actually fibroids being excreted thru the vaginal cavity. I have nothing bad to say about this supplement. If you have fibroids, even LARGE ones please research this product and take it slowly at first. After about a month or so you can take this product at high dosages, but do not start out with a high dosage. I had 4 large fibroids that had me looking like a pregnant woman. They were so large there was no way I could ever conceive. I will get an ultrasound in April to see how many I have left, and to see their sizes but I can do nothing but thank God for allowing me to find something natural to help me with this issue. This supplements works if you take it in high dosages

A TMI review geared towards the ladies

This is an initial review. I have only been taking this for 3 days. Nobody really cares about what happens after 3 days because realistically it takes time to see how a supplement is really going to take effect. That said, I actually do feel it necessary to provide this initial report, mainly for the ladies. Day 1 I took 5 pills in the morning. I did notice bothersome yet minor gastric upset, so I reduced that to 2 pills on day 2. Gastric upset was still there, although less, so I reduced to 1 pill on day 3. Even at 1 pill, I could still feel my digestive system with greater presence than usual but I wouldn't call it distress, so I will maintain 1 daily for now. Here's the TMI part for the ladies: Day 3 I also started my period. While I do not have endometriosis I always get moderately severe cramps on the first day...to the point I need 2 ibuprofen liquigels to kick the pain, every single time. It has been that way my whole life. However, even though this is only my 3rd day using this Serrapeptase product, having reduced my dose to 1 pill while my body adjusts to its incorporation, I had no cramps!! Ok, I had enough VERY MINOR cramping, hardly to the point of discomfort but just enough to realize it is indeed that time of month. So having taken only 8 pills over 3 days this has already taken such effect on my body that it has entirely cut out any need to take an OTC drug to remedy bad cramps. That is beyond outstanding! Having noted some gastrointestinal discomfort, I hope it simply means starting out at a lower dose and gradually working up to larger doses will prevent any truly negative side effects. This is what I intend to do and I will update this review if I notice any further complications

For the first couple of weeks it worked find. But idk what happen my body start to reject the enzyme. For a week I had diarrhea and vomiting on and off. It took me a while to figure it out. I'm wondering if Maybe I didn't wait long enough to eat. **Update: After a couple of months I started taking the enzyme again and now it has no side effect

bad case of emphysema

It does as it says, I took it to remove flem out of my lungs was a smoker for 33 yrs. bad case of emphysema, could barely breath at all, and with heavy wising in my lungs, The High Potency Serrapeptase made all that go away, I don't wises any more and can breath better than I ever have considering I could barely breath at all. u hear on TV there is nothing that can be done for COPD WRONG! that this, and the great news is once your completed the bottles and feel better you can stop taking, unless you have a flare up or catch the flew and if you do just take Serrapeptase. I also use it for my horses for bone spurs the product makes thoughs go away also, blessing from our God
