Excellent! This supplement is AMAZING! It has completely cleared up my skin. In my early 40s, I have struggled with acne for my entire adult life. Really effective medication! These vitamins are my first order from iHerb and they met my expectations! I opted for them due to a significant price difference compared to local pharmacies, but I particularly wanted Solgar. My hair is quite thin, dry, and brittle, often breaking and falling out. Both my skin and nails are also lacking. After two months of use, I noticed new hair growth, reduced scalp itching, and hardly any hair loss. My nails grow rapidly; I won’t comment on their strengthening as I use gel varnish. The best improvements are in my skin: reduced dryness, improved tone, and texture, and most importantly, the symptoms of psoriasis have significantly decreased. I hardly use hormonal treatments for psoriasis now. There’s no inflammation or itching, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.

To my amazement, after just 3-4 days of taking 2 capsules a day, I noticed a significant reduction in hair fall, which ceased completely after 10 days. My joint condition also improved significantly, despite not taking other joint supplements like MSM, hyaluronic acid, or curcumin. GREAT It normalises sleep with regular intake of 2 capsules. It enhances my migraines, as the special effects start; I take the pills and additional magnesium, and the migraine disappears easily within a couple of hours. Previously, it would incapacitate me for half a day. After taking it for 5 days, I experienced terrible diarrhea. I have set it aside for now, trying to understand why such a reaction occurred, as this is not the first Solgar remedy that has caused this response. I took calcium and magnesium, which should be consumed in 5 tablets, but I had the same reaction.
