Salvation from numerous issues! We often faced a “sick family” situation; when one fell ill, everyone was affected, especially during the damp, cold months. Vitamin C is vital, but one must avoid excessive glucose intake. Although we rely on fruits and vegetables for vitamin C, we often overlook the stress factor, which depletes our vitamins, including Bs and C. I initially purchased this vitamin C with bioflavonoids for my husband, who suffered from frequent illness and poor rest. After careful research, I settled on a 500-unit dosage, ensuring it was not taken on an empty stomach. Following advice from a hematologist regarding my iron deficiency anaemia, I was prescribed 10 droppers of ascorbic acid. The results were remarkable: improved iron absorption, brighter complexion, and increased energy. Regular, careful intake of vitamin C yields excellent results, as does the specific regimen prescribed. I highly recommend this vitamin C.
