Works brilliantly for depression and anxiety. I have struggled with both for most of my adult life. After starting Gaia Rhodiola Rosea and Theanine, I now feel virtually free from depression and anxiety! It took some experimentation with the dosage, ultimately settling on one Rhodiola Rosea capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon on an empty stomach, along with 100 mg of L-theanine. It took about a week or two to experience full relief. While these supplements have made a significant difference, I also engage in yoga, exercise, laughter, and other enjoyable activities.
