Zinc

Effective for rash
Most Useful Review
Mast-style Solgar zinc is now a staple in my purchases. It doesn't cause nausea or swelling. Best taken at night after meals, it effectively heals mucous membranes. If you suffer from erosive lesions, recurrent rash, or acne, it will help. I take it before important events for clear skin. Tiny tablets dissolve quickly and have little taste. Zinc deficiency signs include white dots on nails and hair loss. It also supports thyroid function in hypothyroidism.

Cleared up rash
Most Useful Review
This zinc saved me from rashes in just two months. I struggled for a year with severe cheekbone rashes, trying everything out of despair. After a week of use, new rashes ceased, and my acne gradually disappeared. Now, I take it for 2-3 days if rashes flare up during my period.

Soothing aftersun gel
Most Useful Review
I bought this gel four years ago and have used it ever since. I'm pleased to order it through iHerb now. It suits me perfectly—great for after shaving or when I have a rash on my face at night. The gel absorbs well, leaving no sticky residue. It's also effective post-sun exposure, calming redness and irritation.

Gentle for atopic skin
Most Useful Review
I used this 100% aloe vera gel on my daughter's atopic skin to combat dryness and inflammation. It works well after baths, relieving itchiness. It quickly dries without staining. I don’t use it on my face due to irritation but plan to continue using it for her skin rashes.
