There is no drowsiness after taking it, a very mild effect. After about two to three days of taking it, my sleep improved; I stopped waking up during the night. My skin condition has improved – no rashes, and I feel more fresh and radiant. It's the best value for money. I recommend it!

Good. A jar of 60 capsules lasts, and I take 1 capsule daily in the morning. These capsules do not cause discomfort (unlike others that resulted in rashes and dermatitis). This complex certainly provides energy, lasting until the evening. I might consider taking 2, but honestly, I fear large dosages. I recommend it.

This is a repeat product. It flakes easily and dissolves quickly in hot water. My daughter, who has an atopic constitution, has seen a significant improvement in her skin condition. These vitamins are excellent! I started taking them to treat my sun allergies on my hands and improve my sleep. To my amazement, after just three days, the rash on my hands vanished! I struggled with this rash for two years with no success, but calcium has worked wonders. Excellent product! Good vitamin D3, and I’m delighted it’s available for order again! There’s no rash, and we started giving it from 4 months old. I’ve noticed great results—the hair grows, the skin improves, and sweating has ceased. Allergy suited! We approached! It's convenient! My child has a strong allergy, even to hypoallergenic products. It's impossible to introduce new products without consequences. Drowsiness and increased fatigue have disappeared since I started taking this vitamin. Despite working long hours with little sleep, daytime sleepiness faded quite quickly after I began the treatment. My fatigue is easier to manage now. For two years, I’ve taken this vitamin intermittently and feel fantastic. The small rashes on my face and the excessive oiliness have completely vanished. Along with omega and zinc, I now take two capsules each morning, preferably with some fats. For a prophylactic dose, a single 5000 ME capsule suffices. It's a good formula at a reasonable price. Worthy rival of famous brands. My son, who has autism, has taken it multiple times. We require these essential acids consistently, ideally in a 2:1 ratio. Although the recommendation is to take one capsule, my son often requests two a day, which isn't an issue. Upon opening the capsule, a strawberry scent is noticeable. I'm unsure of the scientific background, but compared to expensive chemist brands that caused allergic reactions, this has worked wonderfully; there’s no more belching or rash on his cheeks. I take 1 capsule three times a day with meals, with the first dose on an empty stomach and a glass of warm water. By the 5th to 7th day, I noticed the effect of this supplement. Rashes in the nasolabial area have significantly diminished, and relief from allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis has occurred. This supplement could be enhanced with quercetin or a senolytic complex, NAC with selenium, along with vitamins, minerals, and lysine with monolaurin. Zinc picolinate is well absorbed. This brand is the most affordable I found online. It's excellent for immune support after Covid. A truly effective amino acid, verified by my personal experience. I have herpes type 1.2, and upon onset of symptoms, I took one tablet on an empty stomach, half an hour before meals. Within a day, the herpes had diminished, and after four days, my skin was clear without any rash. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome! During COVID, I developed herpes on my tongue and genitals, weighing 80 kg. I took 8 grams of lysine daily for four days, and it made a significant difference.
