Some of the best raw vitamins I've used! I switched from synthetic to raw vitamins, and these from Garden of Life fit my needs perfectly. I've noticed that the common cold bypasses me, and my hair and nails have improved. I take one capsule daily with juice, and I've had no pills from these vitamins. I’m already buying 3 cans, having taken it in the second and third trimester and after giving birth. Thanks to this multivitamin during pregnancy, I never had the flu and my haemoglobin rose from 92 to 124. Even in the last trimester, this vitamin significantly helped with heartburn. I highly recommend these vitamins to those planning a pregnancy or currently expecting. I hope my review is helpful.

I felt the effect very quickly! In the first few days, the pain decreased, allowing me to walk slowly. Subsequently, it became very manageable. Doctors did not recognise symphysitis, indicating that the swelling had subsided. It's not visible to the naked eye. If I forget to take a capsule or neglect to consume cottage cheese or milk, the pain returns immediately.

I was advised to take supplements during pregnancy and postpartum. After confirming my pregnancy, I've continued taking them. As I am petite, I find the prescribed dosage to be excessive, so I take one tablet each morning and evening, along with DHA. While I can't definitively say it's due to these supplements, I experienced none of the morning sickness and other minor issues that others described. I highly recommend these supplements, especially to anyone expecting – just remember to take them with plenty of water to avoid discomfort from the capsules.

I implore you to invest in yourself! During my first pregnancy, I naively thought we didn't need supplements. However, after losing a piece of a tooth, I realised how wrong I was. After my second pregnancy and with my experience nursing, I now feel fantastic, largely due to these vitamins. Although I hesitated at first, I eventually bought them. Hair loss, leg cramps, and bleeding gums disappeared once the deficiencies were corrected. Remember, your child deserves a healthy mother, and I wholeheartedly endorse this vitamin complex!

These vitamins are fantastic! Although I’m not pregnant yet, planning a baby soon, I noticed the Vitamin Code prenatal helps me with stress and mental clarity. Best of all, I have not had any headaches. After my migraine diagnosis a few years ago, I have relied on prescription medication; however, the frequency of my migraines has drastically reduced since starting these vitamins. I couldn’t be happier! The magnesium included probably aids in this as it absorbs better than in other brands. I take 2-3 daily and ensure I maintain a balanced diet.

These vitamins are fantastic! I began taking them on my endocrinologist's advice during hepatitis B when my ferritin levels were critically low at 9. I couldn't initiate iron treatments then, and shortly after, I found out I was pregnant again. Incredibly, within months, my ferritin soared to 44, and folic acid reached 18 without any additional supplements! I’m beyond delighted with the results and have ordered extra supplies as I find the offer very beneficial. I highly recommend them to all!

We aimed to investigate how Materna, a multivitamin formula containing 21 essential vitamins and minerals, impacts anemia in pregnant women. In this study, 46 patients were divided into three groups based on when they began taking these supplements during their pregnancies.

By measuring hemoglobin, hematocrit, and serum iron levels before, during, and after the supplementation, we noted improvements in patients' subjective feelings and effective iron prophylaxis. However, consistent and prolonged use of Materna is crucial for achieving the best results across all pregnancies.

We explored whether stopping iron-containing prenatal multivitamins could alleviate nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. In a study involving 97 women seeking help for severe nausea, we discovered that two-thirds reported an improvement after switching to alternatives like folic acid or children's vitamins.

This significant finding, backed by both qualitative and quantitative measures, shows that avoiding iron supplements in early pregnancy may be beneficial for many women struggling with nausea.

I feel that these have changed. I previously took them during my first two pregnancies without issue, but in my third pregnancy, I’ve encountered severe digestive concerns and bloating so bad I appear six months pregnant instead of three. Despite maintaining a clean diet and rigorous exercise routine, I've battled extreme fatigue, nausea, and rapid weight gain—15lbs in three months, which is atypical for me. After stopping these, my fatigue has lessened, and my bloating has mostly vanished. This is too coincidental, especially since I’ve read similar reviews. I must find an alternative as this has severely affected me. It’s disappointing to leave the brand I’ve once championed.

My microflora has been restored thanks to the lactobacilli, and I no longer suffer from acne. I did experience some discomfort due to magnesium lowering my pressure, but that passed. In summary, it’s an excellent vitamin complex with both vitamins and lactobacilli, which is convenient to use.
