What I got was better than what I was looking for.

I was not paid or incentivized to write this review in any way. I'm just a regular person who had a LOT of stuff going on that I didn't know abut. To be honest, I bought this because I read that in conjunction with resveratrol, weight loss would happen - or at least, the prevention of weight gain would happen. My metabolism had been at an all time low, my digestion was terrible, I had acid reflux almost every day. I was kind of worried, but brushed it off as just a minor condition I could cure with slippery elm. My stomach kind of looked like I was a few months pregnant, my energy levels were low to say the least, and my mood was down. Now, I was taking other supplements for energy and mood and they were definitely working - but this supplement gave me a fast, dramatic result - one that I'd never experienced or anticipated. I woke up the day after taking it, and for the first time in YEARS- I could suck my stomach in all the way (this is the week before my period, mind you). I can't say actual weight loss has happened - but there is NO bloating EVER, my digestion is great, I feel an energy boost and a general lovely sense of well being thanks to this. I think what I got was better than what I was looking for

This is amazing stuff. . .

I have been plagued by almost constant earaches for at least 10 years. Most of the time I wouldn't even bother going to the doctor for them. When I did he would prescribe an antibiotic and the earache would temporarily go away, but then be right back in a week or two. Finally he decided I had sinus problems and prescribed a couple of medicines that helped somewhat, but still did not eliminate my ear problem, so he advised that I should go on two more prescribed drugs and they would probably take care of the problem. . . I refused. These prescriptions would have cost in the neighborhood of $300/month and additionally some of them had rather unpleasant side effects. Now, I do have health insurance and after meeting my deductible, it would have covered 80% of the cost, but roughly $3600 per year for my sinuses???? I felt there had to be a better, simpler way to deal with the problem, so I started researching on the Internet for what else might be available. . .and I found this quercetin/bromelain product. Reading many many articles in the public press, and a few scientific studies, etc. piqued my interest and I ordered my first bottle about 10 weeks ago. The initial effect was immediate. Really within minutes my sinuses began opening. . .within days my ears stopped aching and in a few weeks my energy level had gone up to a point I hadn't had in maybe 20-30 years. Again reading on the Internet, I hadn't realized what a problem chronic sinusitis could be and I want to tell you that I never considered myself to be one who had a sinus problem. I never had any obvious signs. My nose wasn't continually stuffed up. I did not realize that I had constant drainage, etc., but chronic sinusitis can have as a symptom: great fatigue. I'm afraid that my extreme enthusiasm for this product will make you think I'm some sort of a nut, but since starting to take it I'm walking my dog 2-4 miles per day. I've lost considerable weight. My grand children are living with us at the moment, I've begun to get up out of bed 2 hours earlier than I need to for my Bible devotions and to have breakfast with my grand children. I feel better than I have in years and years. I think the chronic sinusitis was like carrying around a 30 or 40 pound weight everywhere I went. It was a drag on my whole system. Maybe this won't work as well for you, but for me it literally has been a life changer. .

A miracle for my allergies!

A miracle for my allergies! I have terrible allergies year-round (pollen, dust, mold, pets, etc.) and this has made a huge difference ... better than 20 years of allergy shots and ALL allergy meds (otc and rx), with no side effects (drowsiness, etc.). It's not a complete cure but if I take two capsules 2-3 times a day it makes a huge difference. When I'm outside during peak allergy conditions I can even take two capsules whenever I feel my sinuses "fire up" (as often as every two hours) and actually make it through the day without too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with allergies. Note: I think I read somewhere that it can conflict with certain kinds of medicines (maybe blood pressure?) so you might want to double-check with your doctor before trying it if you're on any regular medications, but I haven't had any problems

There isn't a product on the planet that has helped me overall as much as Quercetin Bromelain has. I am a firm believer! I have suffered from allergies, asthma, seasonal illness since well....forever but I started taking this product 3 or 4 years ago..100% change. I am the only one that seems to never get sick now. I went from being the one that gets EVERY COLD/bug to the one that never gets sick in the office. I am not saying it is a Superman elixor but for me I can't discount the benefits. I don't even take an allergy pill in the spring anymore as long as I am regularly taking my Quercetin Bromelain. Maybe it is just MY elixor for good health. Doesn't hurt to try if you were in the same boat..

TMJD/ Sinus pain- Miracle supplement

TLDR: this stuff is a miracle. This is going to be a long review. I've had severe TMJD pain for the last 5 years. I had mostly been able to deal with it with ibuprophen. Last year I randomly became allergic to IBUprophen and my Dr. has prescribed me multiple pain relievers, muscle relaxants etc... Ultimately we settled on fioricet. Between that and regular tylenol, the rebound headaches have been absolutely horrible. If I take nothing I end up with a feeling that someone is stabbing me in the ear with a pencil that radiates up the side of my face and head and makes it virtually impossible to get out of bed. I recently had a CT scan that revealed I have major sinus inflammation as well, though I don't generally feel congested at all. After a little research I decided to try this product. I've only been taking it a few days but cannot express the relief it has given me. I've only had to take Tylenol once in the last two days and haven't had to take the fioricet at all. Pain medication is something I have relied on taking heavily multiple times a day for over five years. I haven't been able to go a day without it. This is a huge improvement for me. I wanted to get the word out there in case someone else can benefit from this like I have so far. Will update if necessary any changes in improvement. So far I am highly satisfied

Quercetin Helped Cure My Chronic Arthritis in My Left Foot

Quercetin Review: I hate writing reviews, much less responding to any of them. But as I can empathize with anyone who had my condition, I spent the time to write this review. I had chronic arthritis in my left foot from a foot injury 2 years before. The pain was so bad I had a hard time going to sleep. The pain would start within a few hours after I woke up. The pain was so bad that I had a hard time concentrating on other things. It got so bad, I seriously thought about amputation. I am serious. X-Rays confirmed the diagnosis. Numerous doctors told me there was nothing they could do for it, but I finally went back to my main doctor & I told him I had started using tart cherry extract (two 1,000 mg capsules twice a day) and it seemed to be working. He prescribed a drug called meloxicam (7.5mg) which I also take twice daily. It got a little better, but it still it hurt. So I went back & he gave me a list of homeopathic drugs such as MSM, quercetin & others I forgot. I went immediately to nearest health foods store & bought by chance a brand of quercetin (like 18 $ for 30 to 60 pills -- ouch), but my foot got much better immediately, but not well enough for times when I walked a lot. After I ran out, I went online & bought Puritan's Pride quercetin at a steal (I think it was 375 mg to 450 MG or so, not certain, 1 pill twice a day.) It worked fairly good & kept pain abay unless, again, I walked a lot. So when I went back to order more, I read some reviews that made me think that Puritan's Pride quercetin was perhaps not that good. On the other hand, the NOW quercetin had very good reviews, and the price was around the same. I think my research regarding bromelain helped lead me to it. When I took it, (1 pill 800mg twice a day) I am elated & relieved to this day to say that the arthritis in my left foot completely disappeared. To be fair to Puritan's Pride, the NOW quercetin was around twice as strong (800 mg vs say 400). But in the same breath, I must say Puritan's Pride's prices on their ubiquinol is getting out of the reach of common sense. But the biggest lesson I learned from all of this is that HOMEOPATHIC DRUGS DO WORK, and don't let any quack tell you that they don't. Sadly it doesn't help with gout one bit. Only colchicine does to my knowledge

I started taking Quercertin with Bromelain for 14 months now after having one of the worse years of my life in terms of sickness. I have been a life-long allergy and asthma sufferer and have tried every possible medication available. I began allergy shots approximately 6 years ago and they have helped quite a bit. However, it seemed that after reaching the maintenance level, my body would develop new allergens and my symptoms would start to flare-up all over again. In 2010, after three sinus infections, numerous colds, ear infection that caused eustachian tube disorder and the production of never-ending-mucus, I was desperate. I began to look for herbal alternatives to my Alavert, Nasonex, Xyzal, Albuterol etc. This is when I read some reviews on this and I decided to try it. I can honestly say that it seemed it took over 3 months for me to see results. There were subtle at first... such as the production of less mucus in the morning or a decrease in the sneezing when faced with common allergens. I continued to use it and was disappointed when I got sick in the fourth month, as this is supposed to help with the immune system. My "sickness" only lasted 24 hours and that was last February. During the rest of the year, I was DRY, healthy and can count with one hand the number of sneezes for that year. I have not used ANY of my prescription medicines in over 7 months. My husband who has always being weary of herbal alternatives is ready to start taking it because he has seen the incredible change, especially at night when I don't make any noises anymore. I have been without Quercertin for over 3 weeks now as it seems it was out of stock when I ordered it in December. I was able to re-order and I'm expecting it this week. The reason I'm writing this is that yesterday I began to feel sick with a runny nose and sneezing...not a cold but an allergy flare-up. Now I know that if I had been taking this stuff, this would not have happened. I am sold on Quercertin and I wanted to share but it has really changed my life. I continue my allergy shots and the Quercertin and that is all I take. I'm the healthy one in the family now!

My Cat Is Much Happier!

So I ordered this for my cat who has Spring allergies. She was scratching so badly that she would rip off her hair and sometimes down to the skin. Vet Doc only gave her some allergy medicine that made her worse, so I started to do some research. I found that cats and dogs can take Quercetin because it is an all natural allergy medicine which will not hurt cats or dogs as well as humans. Several articles I found also said that Bromelain helps with the absorption of the Quercitine, so they recommend getting one with both. I took a chance after seeing her suffer for so long and now I am happy I did. My cat not only stopped ripping her hair out, she is much happier. She now comes up to us for love like she usually does when it is not allergy season. Her hair has started growing back and she now plays around like crazy. If you have a cat with allergies, I do recommend you use this, it worked for us. Just in case anyone is curious, the recommended dose is done by multiplying the cats weight by 1000mg then divide that by 125 this will give you the daily dosage. Divide the daily dosage by 2 to get 2 doses (1 dose in wet breakfast food, and 1 dose in wet dinner food). For example, my cat weighs 7 pounds (7*1000=7000/125=56 daily dosage 56/2= 28mg twice a day). Caution, always consult a vet when giving any meds to animals

Biggest bottle of vitamins I've ever bought, not complaining.

Okay so I don't need to sell you on the vitamin or the brand, and let's be honest, most people think Amazon sells everything, well some times it “fulfilled” by Amazon (not the point) I'm not trying to Shelly you on the “seller” either. Just make sure you check the quantity before you buy, this bottle is going to take up half of my bathroom counter, ðŸ˜‚ðŸ˜‚ðŸ˜‚ðŸ˜‚, but I guess I'll be the one surviving the next pandemic ðŸ˜ take your vitamins folks not funded government experiments

I love this stuff !

I deal with a lot of sinus issues and once my allergies start kicking in full gear, itchy throat, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal drip , you name it, even the headaches but that would come if I didn't get the nasal drip under control. This stuff literally stops all of it when I take it. As soon as I'm sneezing or have runny nose I take a pill and it goes away within 30-40 min. To me that's pretty fast relief. You may have to wait to take it a few time to notice so that it's in your system. I take a pill and then later in the day I take another. I'm tall and slim so I try not to take too much of anything at once because usually what's being instructed on the bottle is too much for me(Call it what you want). I'm not a vegetarian but I did the research and per a veterinarian,You can even give this to your dog in their food. I go by her weight so since she's about 60lbs I give her a full pill in a day. You can open it up and sprinkle some in their food and mix. I feed two separate servings a day to my dog so I give half the powder in the pill and then later give her the rest of it and mix with a little water in the food to help dissolve but that's optional. It has helped my dog as well. She gets bad seasonal allergies and itchy/ scabby skin. I truly believe this has helped her this year. She has not had itchy itchy skin as bad and no scabs detected so far. Like I said, I love this stuff. Since I purchased it I have NOT had to take a single allergy pill , maybe just my steroid inhaler but no pills. This is the only one I turn to now. No sinus infections so far since the spring has hit. I'm not a Dr and not a vet but if you asked me, I'd say give it a try. I'm definitely buying more of this when I'm done with the bottle
