Ideal multivitamin found
Most Useful Review
Ideally, finding a vitamin complex free from iodine can be quite challenging, as it is typically present in multivitamins. For some individuals, including my husband who has hyperthyroidism, even a slight amount of iodine is contraindicated. After a long search, I finally discovered a suitable multivitamin for him, which contains no iodine, incorporates iron, and includes all components in forms conducive to absorption. Although the product has a noticeable smell, I found it tolerable and the taste has a pleasant, moderate acidity. Surprisingly, the tablets can be taken on an empty stomach without any gastric issues. I am very pleased and will regularly order this, possibly opting for a more economical package of 150 tablets.
